On November 6, the 30-member delegation led by LI Zhuansheng, group leader of provincial CPPCC members of Quanzhou City, secretary and chairman of CPPCC Leading Party Members’ Group of Quanzhou City, visited and investigated Tsingtuo Group. During his tenure as deputy secretary of Ningde Municipal Party Committee?and secretary of Fu’an Municipal Party Committee, LI Zhuansheng gave great support to the development of Tsingtuo Group and put forward many valuable guidelines.
