From March 12 to March 13, XIANG Guangda, the chairman of TSINGSHAN’s board of directors, and the delegation visited GQMT for inspection and guidance, making an on-site investigation on the construction progress of workshop’s technical transformation of steel plant and new stainless-steel deep processing project. After the on-site investigation, the delegation held a symposium in the conference room.
At the symposium, WANG Lei, the chairman of GQMT and HE Congzhen, the general manager of GQMT, respectively made a detailed report on the production and operation in the first quarter of 2018 as well as the annual production and operation plan; JIANG Xiao, the vice-general manager of GQMT, made a report on the progress of the new project the inception of the construction; and the other leaders have reported their works respectively.
After hearing the reports, Chairman XIANG expressed his great expectations on the future development of GQMT and pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the production and operation. He required GQMT to give full play to the industry competitive advantages of TSINGSHAN enterprises, leading the development with innovation, and adopting effective strategies to further reduce costs and increase efficiency, and at the same time enhancing the employees’awareness of participation and ownership and taking subjective initiative fully to overcome the difficulties, improving production control capability and developing better communication and coordination with brother enterprises, which could make suggestions and contributions to future development of TSINGSHAN.
